Know who you are, know your mission and educate yourself in your mission field
Do not give them a candle to light the way, teach them how to make fire instead. That is the meaning of enlightenment.
You can be an expert any field of study with consistent effort and consistent learning.
Mistakes should be examined, learned from, and discarded; not dwelled upon and stored.

An educated person would know that holding a degree will not make you entitled to a better job nor a better salary than someone who has no degree.
