Guy Edward Pearce (born 5 October 1967) is an Australian actor. He has received various accolades, including a Primetime Emmy Award, AACTA Award, and nominations for an Academy Award, a BAFTA Award, and two Golden Globe Awards.
Born in Cambridgeshire and raised in Geelong, Pearce started his career portraying Mike Young in the Australian television series Neighbours (1986–1989).
