The 100 (pronounced The Hundred ) is an American post-apocalyptic science fiction drama developed for The CW by Jason Rothenberg, and is loosely based on the novel series of the same name by Kass Morgan. The series follows a group of survivors who return to Earth, ninety-seven years after a nuclear apocalypse left the planet uninhabitable. Soon, they come across the various settlements of other survivors that survived the disaster, including the Grounders, the Reapers, and the Mountain Men.
