Anthony Joseph Gilroy (born September 11, 1956) is an American screenwriter, director, and producer. He wrote the screenplays of The Bourne Identity (2002) and The Bourne Supremacy (2004), the first two films in the Bourne film franchise, and wrote and directed the fourth film of the franchise, The Bourne Legacy (2012), as well as Michael Clayton (2007) and Duplicity (2009).
