The hierarchy shouldn't fear what we're doing.
Use your youth to do something useful or unique or ultimate.
Don't mistake activity with achievement.
If it must be enjoyed, then it must be done. And if it must be done, then it must be done well. If it is done well, it is enjoyed well.
And by making that plan you have differentiated yourself from more than ninety percent of the population. You are one of the few, who has a clear direction, a decisive plan of action.
