It is not what you do that impresses God; He is concerned with the why behind what you do. Ask God to reveal your motives to you and to change any that are not pure.
It is acceptable to God when we use our mouths to bring joy, love, and good to others. It is not acceptable to God when we use our mouths to bring hurt and destruction.
If you turn things over to God, you will finally find the power you need to break free.
